The design uses yellow-gold plating to accentuate the beauty of the deep-incuse maple leaf, the effigy of the Queen, and the outside edge and rim of the coin. Everything is in perfect condition. These coins have always been kept in a smoke-free environment safely protected from direct sunlight, excessive temperatures, and high humidity.I've provided numerous photos to help in evaluating their condition. The final two shown here are the actual TruView photos stored in perpetuity on the PCGS web site. You can easily confirm the condition of each coin from the photos. These are both gorgeous, problem-free coins.
